Clubhouse

Resident Application

 All residents must rent the clubhouse in order to use it. This is to ensure accountability for all that happens and maintain its condition and quality.

The Clubhouse Use Agreement must be filled out and turned in to Sentry Management. In this agreement, you acknowledge that you have received the Clubhouse Rules and will abide by them. Please be sure that you understand these rules when you sign the Use Agreement, because you will be held accountable.

Brighthouse Authorization

In order to install new or additional outlets in your unit, you will have to provide a letter of authorization from the association. Download the authorization letter below and provide it to the technician who comes to install your outlets.

Brighthouse Authorization Letter

 To live within this condominium, all residents must be approved by the association. Without being approved, you may not obtain a parking permit, or obtain keys for the common areas. A $100 application fee is required, which covers the cost of a credit and criminal check. This is done for the protection and wellbeing of all current residents.

*Important information regarding new residents:

1. All new residents are required to attend a New Resident Orientation within one month after approval of their application. This meeting is where parking permits and common area keys are distributed. We will also visually verify that pets comply with our Rules & Regulations. New Resident Orientaions occur once a month and an invitation will be left a the new residents door after approval.
2. The association will not approve any applications for a unit  owner who is deliquent in the payment of their HOA dues.
