Clubhouse Rules
A usage fee of $100 and the damage deposit of $200 (refundable) is payable in advance. Checks must be in the name of the Homeowner or approved resident.
The clubhouse and restrooms must be thoroughly cleaned immediately following the event, and the key needs to be returned the same day. The key is to be placed on the clubhouse bar. If the key is not returned the full $200 deposit will be forfeited.
Parties may be booked from 9 a.m. until midnight. Clubhouse maximum occupancy is 40 persons. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the clubhouse. If anyone smokes outside the clubhouse, containers must be provided and cleaned afterwards.
Arrangements for extensive decorations any day prior to the event must be done in accordance with the regular schedule of management, but anyone may have access on any day other than your reserved day. The association cannot deny access to other tenants if a particular day has not been reserved and paid for. It may be necessary to reserve the clubhouse for the day prior as Metro at Michigan Park Association will not be responsible for items left in the clubhouse.
1. To reserve the facility for social functions only, contact Sentry Management at 407-788-6700 ext. 296 for policy and procedures.
2. NO PETS shall be allowed at the facility, and children under the age of eighteen (18) must have parental supervision. If you agree to these rules, you may submit a Clubhouse Usage Agreement.
3. To be eligible to rent the clubhouse, a user must be 21 years of age. Anyone under the age of 21 must have a parent or legal guardian over the ago of 21 present at ALL times during the reservation. The parent or legal guardian MUST be an approved resident at Metro.
